Slabtown Makers Market

The 70+ local artisans at this market will be donating 5%-10% of their sales to 5 local non-profits! Come enjoy this celebration of the resilience and generosity of the local Portland maker scene!

Slabtown Makers Market was started in the fall of 2020 by two makers who wanted to support fellow creatives during a crippling time for small businesses. Our mission soon expanded to connect consumers, makers, and non-profits. Shopping local and spending with intention matters – when we keep money in our community, we help Portland be a more vibrant and resilient place. Non-profits change lives in our community and it’s our honor to help support their work.

We offered a carefully curated event of quality goods from the Pacific Northwest, where 5-10% of all purchases support local non-profits. Thanks to the incredible talent of our makers and to the supportive, shop-local nature of Portland, we’ve raised $17k for 12 local non-profits in our first two markets. We thank you for your interest in being part of our story.
